Landscapes by Davids is honored to have been chosen out of top local landscape architects and contractors to design and restore the gardens at the Historic Pearl Chase Residence.  Located on the Upper Eastside of Santa Barbara this historical home holds a special place in Santa Barbara.  Landscapes by Davids completely redesigned and installed the gardens incorporating historical elements in the new project.  Pearl Chase was a leader in helping to guide Santa Barbara in creating many of the beautiful buildings, homes and gardens that make up our downtown and residential neighborhoods.  Please enjoy the images of our work in the gardens that surround Pearl Chase's Historic Home.  Visit the Pearl Chase Society website to learn more about Pearl Chase -
